Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to USA orders. We only ship to the USA now.

A. Delivery Time

We will ship in-stock orders within 48 hours. The Shipping time on the way is between 1-3 days. All estimates are based on business days.

The fulfillment of the delivery may be affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. (Except pre-sale products)

C. Delivery Terms

We use the Fedex to deliver the product. 

Most products have multiple packages. If you receive packages with missing parts, please don't worry. Others must be on the way. Thank you for your patience.

D. Shipping Location:

1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States.
2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

E. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present immediately contact us at service@walsunny.net after receiving package.

Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

G. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. 

H. Tracking Number

Our website will provide a tracking number via email after shipping out items. You can just click the tracking number or search it on the website(https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/).

Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
